The Investor Formats We Support

MRG has created a comprehensive set of programs and systems designed to facilitate and simplify the process that correspondent lenders go through to close investor specific loan programs. MRG begins by entering into an agreement with the investor/lender to build loan programs to the investors' defined specifications. The investor specific programs are then overlaid with federal and state compliance specifications that are reviewed and maintained by MRG's compliance attorneys. The resulting programs are then made available to correspondent lenders desiring to sell loans to the investor.
