MRG Garners Top 50 Service Provider Ranking From Mortgage Technology Magazine

DALLAS, July 27, 2010MRG Document Technologies (MRG), a provider of mortgage document preparation software and compliance technology to banks, credit unions and other lenders nationwide, has been named a 2010 Top 50 Service Provider by Mortgage Technology Magazine.

To be named among the Top 50 Service Providers, vendors must meet four major criteria: demonstrate customer satisfaction, offer technology with advanced functionality, have a strong market presence and a viable revenue model.

Throughout 2009, MRG assisted lenders with numerous mortgage compliance initiatives, such as RESPA 2010, Reg Z and high cost mortgage loan rules by implementing the necessary rules and automated tests into its MIRACLE Online web-based document preparation and delivery system. MRG also helped its clients transition to the new MDIA guidelines and, with the introduction of HAMP, MRG developed specific loan modification documents for its customers.

“We are honored to be named a Top 50 Service Provider and proud to be among the companies on the list,” said Mike O’Leary, senior mortgage consultant at MRG. “Although the past three years have presented major challenges in the mortgage industry, MRG’s 30 years of service have left us prepared and able to adapt to industry changes as we continue to provide our customers with the cutting edge technology and mortgage compliance expertise they seek.”

Miracle Online is a browser-based mortgage document preparation and delivery system that provides lenders with documents and disclosures created by an in-house team of compliance attorneys and experts. With the automatic integration of new federal and state regulations, lenders are able to operate in multiple states knowing they are in compliance with the latest laws and regulations in each.
