Can MRG Document Technologies install and support custom documents?
Custom documents are not only fully supported but you will find our installation and turnaround time on your requests to be much faster than our competitors! Why? Because we build and maintain our own forms library rather than relying on third-party suppliers to create and support forms.
Does MRG Document Technologies have LOS connectivity?
MRG has LOS connectivity with Calyx Point™, Byte Pro™, Byte Classic™, Genesis 2000™, Contour™, DataTrac™, Encompass™, and Dynatek MORvision™ desktop software packages. In addition, we have developed direct interfaces with clients that use TMO™, Mortgageware™, Fiserv Unifi™, Gallagher™, and other proprietary operating systems.
What is the cost of MIRACLE software, installation, training, and support?
MIRACLE software and services are provided at no cost to the customer. The only charge is for the actual document sets. There is no charge to electronically deliver or redraw loan documents.
What type of customer support is available?
In addition to having on-line help screens for every field in the MIRACLE software, customer support is available toll free Monday-Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. In addition, document systems access is available on a 24 / 7 format.
