• Can MRG Document Technologies install and support custom documents?

  Custom documents are not only fully supported but you will find our installation and turnaround time on your requests to be much faster than our competitors! Why? Because we build and maintain our own forms library rather than relying on third-party suppliers to create and support forms.

• Does MRG Document Technologies have LOS connectivity?

  MRG has LOS connectivity with ASC™, Byte Software™, Calyx Software™, DelMar Database™, Ellie Mae™, FICS™, Harland Financial Solutions™, Integra™, ISGN™, LendingQB™, LendingSpace™, Mortgage Builder™, OpenClose™ and ProLender Solutions™ software packages. In addition, we have developed direct interfaces with clients that use TMO™, Fiserv Unifi™, Gallagher™, and other proprietary operating systems.

• What type of customer support is available?

  In addition to having on-line help screens for every field in the MIRACLE software, customer support is available toll free Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. In addition, document systems access is available on a 24 / 7 format.
