mfinkelstein@midrid.com Melanie Finkelstein, a native of New Orleans, graduated Summa Cumme Laude from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2003. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University Law Center in May 2006. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board, received CALI Excellence Awards in Legal Research & Writing, Civil Law Property, Matrimonial Regimes, U.S. Constitutional History, and Security Devices, and graduated in the Order of the Coif. Ms. Finkelstein has practiced in the area of Complex Commericial Litigation and currently practices in our Mortgage Banking Regulatory Compliance Section.
