Finkelstein, a native of New Orleans, graduated Summa Cumme Laude from
the University of Texas at Austin in May 2003. She received her Juris
Doctor degree from Louisiana State University Law Center in May 2006.
While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board, received
CALI Excellence Awards in Legal Research & Writing, Civil Law
Property, Matrimonial Regimes, U.S. Constitutional History, and
Security Devices, and graduated in the Order of the Coif. Ms.
Finkelstein has practiced in the area of Complex Commericial Litigation
and currently practices in our Mortgage Banking Regulatory Compliance
Section. She is admitted to practice in Texas and Louisiana. |

 | A.J. HERBERT, III aherbert@midrid.com Mr.
Herbert serves as Chair of the Business Services Section of Middleberg
Riddle & Gianna. A summa cum laude graduate of Tulane Law School
and the recipient of a master's degree in finance law from Boston
University School of Law, Mr. Herbert has been with the firm for 20
years, starting as a courier while in college. He is licensed in both
Texas and Louisiana, and has worked in both the Texas and Louisiana
offices of the firm. He practices in the areas of health care law,
insurance regulatory law, banking law, and general corporate law. His

 | JONATHAN M. HERMAN jherman@midrid.com Since
1994, Mr. Herman has spearheaded complex commercial disputes in federal
court. As trial counsel, he has formulated the prosecution and defense
strategy in class action litigation, anti-trust matters, and RICO
controversies, receiving the highest of praise from federal judges
presiding over his cases. Mr. Herman now uses his litigation experience
to advise corporate, insurance, and health care clients in best
avoiding the exposure and risk of litigation, as well as managing
on-going litigation. Mr. Herman is an avid woodworker, spending his
free time relaxing in his woodshop building fine furniture. |

C. LaRaia earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University's School of
Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. Additionally, Ms. LaRaia earned a
Certificate in Civil Law and Common Law. After graduation, Ms. LaRaia
joined the MRG National Mortgage Compliance Services practice group.
Currently, she manages the Installation and Customer Service aspects of
the MRG Miracle residential lending software application. |

Penot joined Middleberg Riddle & Gianna in 2005, after having spent
most of his career at a large regional law firm. Mr. Penot has
experience in a wide variety of substantive fields of law. His practice
has focused primarily on large, complex commercial cases. His
commercial litigation experience includes intellectual property
litigation and counseling, D&O, fidelity bond and professional
liability insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, ERISA
litigation, lender liability litigation, professional liability
representation, various types of contract litigation, RICO litigation,
securities litigation and arbitration, and consumer credit class action
litigation. Mr. Penot also has experience in casualty litigation,
including work on asbestos exposure cases, pharmeceutical litigation
