Ms. King has practiced law with this firm for fifteen years
in the areas of residential real estate, mortgage lending
and title insurance, and she has worked with numerous lenders
on documentation for combined construction to permanent loan
programs. Previously, she practiced for ten years as in-house
counsel with a large thrift institution addressing both deposit
and mortgage lending issues.
