Beginning with the first contact, our clients are our top priority. Our specialized installation team insures each and every program and package is designed to meet the client's specific parameters. Any requested customization or client specific edits are coordinated through a single contact specifically assigned to each client. This insures that open communication is always maintained, satisfying each client's needs. Upon setup, ongoing customer support is accessible from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Central Standard Time, toll free at 1-888-MRG-DOC1. Ongoing package upgrades, forms additions, and edits are quickly handled by our customer support staff. Regulatory and compliance updates are automatically made to all lender packages.
